We've all been there where we want to do more with social media but we don't want to have to pay for all of these tools when we aren't 100% sure which one may be best for us or we may just not have the budget for it.
I am sharing my top 8 totally FREE tools that you can start using TODAY!
1 - BUFFER
Remember we mentioned that word "consistency"? Buffer allows you to connect 3 accounts in their free version and schedule content to automatically go out! Why not book some time each Friday to schedule some content for the week ahead and then not worry knowing you have content going out that is tailored to your target audience?
Buffer do offer subscriptions if you want access to more tools but for simple social scheduling the free version is ideal.

2 - CANVA
If you go and use any tools I mention today to enhance your content then PLEASE go and sign up to Canva.
You can pay for the subscription if you want - it gives you the ability to remove backgrounds (although I have another tool for you for this 😉 ), download images with transparent backgrounds and access to their premium elements - but honestly, the free version will be everything you need!
They even have all the preset sizes for you so you can simply collect Instagram story (for example) and then browse a range of awesome templates and then customise them to fit your brand!

3 - LINKTREE
The perfect solution to only having ONE URL available to add to your social pages! Add your website link, sale link, other social links, reviews, blogs - you name it! You can also add your own image/logo and choose from a range of totally free styles.
📲 💻 They also now have an app to make it easier to manage from your phone on the move or you can use the desktop version!
4 - CAPCUT
Ever wondered how creators edit their videos to have quick transitions or be perfectly in time with trending music?
Capcut is the answer and it's totally free!

5 - PLATFORM INSIGHTS
There are many tools you can pay for to get analytics and data on your social performance but what people tend to forget is that you can access a lot of information for free on the platforms themselves.
This includes any paid advertising across LinkedIn business manager, Facebook business manager, TikTok business manager, Twitter etc...

6 - REMOVE.BG
You know I mentioned a free tool where you can remove backgrounds from images - like Canva offers in it's free subscription? Look no further! Simply upload your image and select remove background and then download your new file background free!
💻 I have tried using this on mobile before but it doesn't download so I would recommend using this on desktop!
7 - GET EMOJI
This is a super simple site that just lists all the emojis out so that you can copy & paste them into your social post or blog or content - whatever it may be!

8 - HTML COLOUR PICKER
Now this is a little bit different but have you ever worked with a new customer or client and put together a proposal or even an asset for them and wanted to make sure it really showed your dedication to the brand?
Simply screenshot or get off of their website/google their logo (for example) and upload it to this tool and select the colour you want to use. It will give you the exact HEX colour code that you can then add to you Canva design! 😉
